Lolo Jones, the winner of both USA championships and World championships in the event of hurdles, is able to reach her present standing with lots of effort and a huge amount of perseverance. A single mother with five kids, Jones had a difficult and impoverished childhood. She lived with her mother in a basement church and was constantly in motion. Jones had an erratic and mobile lifestyle until the time she entered the high school system, was required to transfer to a brand new school every year. Jones began her career in college as one the best hurdlers. In the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship she took home the 100-meter hurdles. In addition, she was a part of the team that placed second in the 100-meter relay. In 2003 and 2004, Jones was the winner of the hurdles indoor event during the NCAA Championship. Jones started her career in 2005 after she completed her degree. She started training to pursue a track career that would be successful. That same year she took home her first Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she won the Ostrava Track competition and Heusden.
Born and raised in Cape Town South Africa Brandt moved with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her early teens. Brandt was discovered locally by casting directors. She was then offered the part of Naevia, in the Starz sensation Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Her performance was a hit with audiences and production team members Steven S. D Knight, Sam Raimi and Sam Raimi. Mazikeen was the comic book Vertigo/DC fan favorite Mazikeen in Netflix's Lucifer, which ran for six years. Forbes identified Lucifer in 2021 as the show which had the largest amount of viewers who binge watched. Brandt is set to next appear alongside Andrew Lincoln in the limited Walking Dead 6 episode spin-off scheduled to air in 2024. The July 2023 episode of the Netflix adult-oriented comedy Captain Fall, Brandt stars opposite Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni. Lesley Ann Brandt born in Cape Town South Africa on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is an accomplished New Zealand actress. Lesley Brandt moved along with her family and friends into Auckland New Zealand in 1999. In Auckland she was employed as a retail person then was promoted to IT management consultant. Lesley has appeared in several commercial advertisements after a few modeling assignments. The actress graduated from her acting program in 2008 and continued to study Meisner's methods. Lesley's very first prominent acting job was in the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt has shown up on The New Zealand TV drama series Shortland Street with a support role. Then she appeared on the Sci-fi thriller This Is Not My Life which is based on the anecdote of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teenager hostage. She was later depicted on the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
